Good design, bad product

I obtained this product and was excited to finally extend my laptop's battery life. Unfortunately, the VNC-065 discharges prematurely lasting only 45 minutes of it's supposed 5 hour life span. My laptop computer battery lasts longer than that at almost 2.25 hours. I've tried every troubleshooting technique I could come up with. The customer service has been very unhelpful regarding warranty issues and has not returned any phone calls as they promised. Hopefully they improve their product and customer service. I would not buy from them again unless the company revamped it's customer and technical reps and documentation.
The power adapter falls off easily.
False documentation regarding support of computers, bad customer service as they don't hold true to returning calls, their technical reps argue with the customer regarding issues that are printed on paper but refuse to believe so even after offering to FAX the document to them to prove it.
Simply, don't put on paper what you can't demonstrate real life.
