Correction, they removed my vagina (leaving the tubes and ovaries) laproscopically, I refer to the other procedure as an abdominal hysterectomy. Anyway, yes, three small incisions were made. Don't ask me how this works. Best wishes. Sheila

Ahhh terminology descrepancy... anytime they called anything laproscopic that they've done on me resulted in three very small incisions, usually under the belly button.. but the appendix one was off to the side, but still real small. I always wondered how he got that out through there. LOL

Ash..

This is my second Cherokee Sport and the only problem I had with the '93 version was I had to replace brakes once after towing an over-packed uhaul from Missouri to Austin, TX well over the suggested hauling speeds. heh. So even that was likely my own damn fault.

No matter what else I might have, there will always be at least one Jeep in the driveway too. We have a friend that bought a Liberty when they first came out... he loves that too and has had zero problems thus far with that model either.

I do know that earlier models had a bad rep.. mainly with the paint fading exceptionally early. They fixed that quite awhile ago though... thank goodness.

Where the hell would ya park the damn thing though? Redondo isn't known for it's abundance of parking, and you already have two hot sports cars... ya brat.

Hmm, I always wanted a Jeep, but got put off them by previous bad rap about reliability. But then that was the Grand Cherokee. I guess there really is something to be said for tried and tested!

Yes, it was vaginal. I still have my ovaries. Not ready for menopause yet. Thanks for asking. Sheila

Was wondering how that went.. were'nt they planning on doing it vaginally? Glad they went in laporoscoply (sp) instead. I always recover fast from those too... they even did my appendix that way.. shocked me. LOL

You just can't beat a Jeep. I'm a fan for life. This is the second one I've owned and loved them both.

Doc, I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport with over 90,000 and it's the best vehicle I've ever had. It takes those mountain curve I live on beautifully, and allows me to pass anything in my way in nothin' flat. I plan on trading it in sometime this year. Most likely for a newer model jeep. Great review.

By the way, I had that hysterectomy I was planning on, and it was no big deal at all. It was an outpatient laproscopic procedure and I was home by 4:30 pm. I'm planning on going back to work tomorrow, which is a mere 3 weeks post surgery. I feel great and am 8 lbs lighter. Best wishes. Sheila

I'm still debating mightily on a Rubicon. I'm really looking at an S200 at the moment to add to my driveway, but damn that Rubicon is awesome.

Apples and Oranges.

If I could only afford both.....

they are nice, but they should be lifted stock. I mean they are meant to be off road worthy why not offer the lift? Any way great review!
