I purchased a lot of items from RideGear.com. Very nice to have FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $149.00. All but a couple of items came to me with in about 10 days. I did get the wrong color shirt, which I was like great here we go with a fiasco. I called RideGear.com, they apologized and send out the correct shirt 2 day shipping through UPS. I was VERY HAPPY about that, I got it in two days after the complaint. Also, since not everything was in stock, they only charge your card for what they send out. You don't have to pre-pay for anything. They also send out an email with the tracking number and order number on it when it is shipped and I could follow it online to my door.
The bad about them is if you do order something and it is on back order, you have to check with them to see if its in the mail. I had two items on back order, one of the items came in, and they shipped it out right away, and I got it fast.
There customer service is great. One of the pieces of the gear I ordered is on back order, So I wanted to change my order. I asked them to cancel my backorder item and I ordered something else. Which was no problem, I then hung up. About an hour latter I realized that I needed to get two more items I did not order on my original order. Instead of creating a new order, which would of charged me shipping, they just added the new items to the past order so I wouldn't have to pay shipping on two added items.
I would order from them again for sure.
