I was hesitant to order an item that other online sites had on back order. I was doubly hesitant to order a new item like the Sony DCR DVD-300 from a place I never heard of. I read the reviews about this place and went ahead and ordered .... with fingers crossed. I was expecting delays but got it shipped UPS with tracking number(that I followed closely). I received it in 3 days half-way across the country ! And this when no one else even had the item.
I am very pleased with the price (more than $200 less than a National chain) and the service. They didn't push anything on me either but they nicely asked about things I might need with it !
One happy camper.
