| dbla16114's Full Review: Sprint Mobile Phone Service in New York |
Sprint has one the best nationwide long distant networks, I used my phone out of state and have made calls across the country with no problems. Surprisingly the problems that I've had with them has been right in my own calling area, I get dropped calls and dead areas around the corner from where I live, which tends to be annoying and frustrating. The thing that I like is that they offer certain plans without a contract which is a big plus in my book and they also offer free minutes and long distant anytime. But you should be careful because if you go over your allotted minutes for the month Sprint charges you an arm and a leg! They also offer all the amenities like voice mail and call forwarding, their customer service is also decent and helpful. Overall I think Sprint is a good value for now but I'll always shop around for a better deal because of changes in technology and competition between these companies.
