would have made this review more helpful. For example, you mention that you've had service problems when calling in your immediate neighborhood. But where is that? In the city or out?
I see that you're a new member here at Epinions. Please don't be discouraged by initially low ratings. It often takes people a while to get a sense of the amount of detail that they need to include to get higher ratings. You might want to read some of the higher rated reviews to get a feel for it.
