I ordered my Canon A80 from this dealer on Sunday, November 23rd. I received a call from Roman on Wednesday with very high pressure to buy their warranty and accessories. When I refused, he got extremely rude. He said it would ship that day and that I would receive it in 7-10 days. The next Sunday, November 30, I called them after not receiving an email confirming shipment. After speaking to countless reps who could not find my order at all, they transferred me to Roman. He said they were out of stock and would get more in Monday or Tuesday, hopefully. I asked him about canceling my order and he said I would have to call customer service for that, but everyone would be out of stock and I'd pay more elsewhere. I had already checked around and found an e-tailer with 100% positive feedback for $1.00 more (guess I should've read the reviews before ordering in the first place...my own ignorance) I tried calling customer service at 1pm and received a message that they were closed, to call back during normal business hours. It gave Sunday hours of 10am to 7pm??? I would not recommend this e-tailer to anyone. Keep your fingers crossed that I get a refund now. I guess it pays to read reviews.
