I won't stay there again.

Pros:clean
Cons:not customer friendly, uncooperative
The Bottom Line: Don't try to check in under the age of 21. They'll kick you out to find someplace else.

I had a very bad experience with Hampton Inns. My best friend and I were going to a basketball tournament in Indianapolis, IN. We had made reservations at a Hampton Inn because they had a vacancy and they were on the way. Unfortunally, we arrive finally at about 10:30pm to be told we were too young. We were both 20 and you had to be 21 or older. They asked for my birthday when I made the reservation and didn't say anything. I pleaded that we'd be quiet and not make a mess and they turned us away! They could have made an exception. They could have told me this on the phone. Instead we had to go hunt for an open room somewhere at 10:30 at night! Luckly on our 4th look The Omni hotel had a handicap room open and gave it to us at a discounted rate. We didn't leave a mess, we didn't disturb anyone, we even left the maid a tip!

I did stay at a Hampton once before and it seemed like a normal hotel. They offered the free shampoo. The room was clean. They're an average price. Just make sure you're at least 21 or with someone over the age of 21.
