Pros:Beautiful illustrations and loaded with classic stories.
Cons:Almost all of the characters are animals.
The Bottom Line: This is an excellent book to read to your children. The cost is less than $10.00
I purchased this book for my 6 year old because of all the classic stories and beautiful illustrations. Part of his curriculum is to read or have someone else read him 15 stories a month. There are 112 stories in all. I love the simplicity of it.
After and every story there is a short summary. This is
an excellent learning tool for kids. There is only one word I chose to substitute. Personally I don't think there is anything wrong with it after all it is the name of an animal.
It has an selection of stories. I believe this book is a collectors item they just don't write stories like that anymore. I recommend this book for children of all ages.
