Good stock, fair prices...
Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! From now on out I will try to avoid buying from them at all costs, and I would suggest that you give serious consideration to their lack of Customer Service (should we call it Customer Disservice?) before going through them.
I had purchased a Disney Webcam for $49 with a $45 rebate. I bought it late in October with a rebate mail-in deadline of 11/30. I received it in early November and inadvertently recycled the packing slip. It turns out the rebate needed that (I had NEVER had a rebate that needed the packing slip) so I tried to contact Customer Support.
First off, forget any sort of phone number - toll-free or otherwise. You have to email them.
On their website they claim that their support will get back to you within 24 hours. My first email was to request a copy of the packing slip or instructions on how to satisfy the rebate without one. It took them over five days to respond to that email, finally coming in on 11/12. In that response they claimed that "Due to the nature of your request, your email has been forwarded to our order processing experts, who are committed to respond to your email as soon as they finish up with the customers they're already working with."
Well, I went on vacation during Thanksgiving and checked my email daily. As of 11/30 still no response...and we're at the rebate deadline. I shot them an email on 11/30 copying the email from 11/12 and asking for a response ASAP. I got a canned email from them that day stating "A Customer Care Agent will respond to your message as soon as they finish up with the customers they're already working with." Here we are on 12/5 and still no response; you do the math.
The real irony is that, since I expected to get some sort of timely response, it's now beyond the 30 days that I could return the product anyway, so I'm stuck with a $49 webcam that I'd NEVER have bought without the rebate!!!
I guess they're just TOO BACKLOGGED to care about timely response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in online shopping, and I do quite a bit.
Skip them if you can, unless you're absolutely comfortable dealing with a company with ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
