I read through tons of feedback on Sounddistributors before i bought from them and it seemed like the only issues were shipping related. UPS beat the crap out of my boxes, but the items were not harmed. My order was processed and shipped promptly. One item was not in stock and was ordered (it showed up 5 days after the others.) Eric responded immediately to emails and provided tracking #s.
There are many hand offs in ground shipping, so I could see it taking 2 weeks in some cases. But if you are patient, you get great prices.
I am very satisfied and would order from them again.
