Pros: They are nice on the phone while they are screwing you.
Cons: They will suck you for every dime. Do not trust this organization.

I started an antique business and signed up with Nova Information Systems about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time and had to shut the doors. That is when the trouble started with Nova. Being a nice guy, I told them that I would be shutting down and wanted to give them notice - June 28th, 2003. On July 1st, they promptly put a freeze on my account and kept $18,000 dollars of my money that they were processing. They said they needed to keep the full amount in case they had to process any returns. I told them that I understood, but wouldn't a partial amount be more reasonable. Also, I had had only one return in 2 years for $100. They said that they would keep all the money and that any new transactions they would also keep my money. Had I not told them anything I would not have had the problem. It is now December 5th and the still have $10,500 of my money. They just charged me a $195 for closing my account - which overran my bank account and I still do not have my money. In addition, they will not pay me nothing for the interest on my money they have held for 5 months. Good luck if you ever deal with them.
