Take a look at the positive reviews for this store. Notice they are almost always rated 5/5 on everything. Now also notice that the good ratings are all added on the same day, use some of the same improbable language... I think we're being tricked.
What I do know for sure is that you do not want to deal with these people. They are a bait-and-switch, or in my case, try-to-sell-you-everything operation. They have good prices, but they will try to sell you accessories out the wazoo, all of which are way overpriced. In my case, a Canon S50 from them was 50 dollars cheaper than from Amazon, but when it was all said and done, my order from Amazon with the exact same accessories (and a carrying case, which wasn't included in the ephotoclub order) was about $30 cheaper. Not to mention my peace of mind of not worrying when or if my item would arrive.
When I called the sales rep to make sure my order was going through, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then transferred, then put on hold for another 20 minutes. The rep then tried to sell me a battery (which I wanted) and a warranty (which I didn't). It took about 4 times of me saying I didn't want the warranty. This guy was at least not rude, though.
I decided to cancel the order (bad vibes?) and get it from someone else. Cancelling was a rude adventure if there ever was one.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
