Pros: Good Styling, Adequate performance, good rear seats
Cons: Poor handling in the snow. No snow tires on market to work with this vehicle.
The Bottom Line: I have to say avoid this vehicle if you want to drive it in snow country.

| deepgorge33's Full Review: 2004 Toyota Sienna AWD |
The reviews that I have read in the mainstream press are accurate this is a good vehicle.
I purchased mine in Sept 2003, currently I have over 4K miles on it.
Items to consider:
In the AWD model, the 2nd row seat can only be two passenger, not 3, so the AWD at most can be equipped for 7 passengers.
Furthermore this vehicle comes with Dunlop all weather run- flat ties. This means that there is no spare tire on the vehicle. The system sounds good, but thankfully I have not yet needed to use it -- no flats so far.
Here's my complaint. I live in Vermont, where the weather is rough, and the winters are long. Last week we had our first major snowstorm. I was eager to find out how the vehicle would handle in the storm. Well, the answer is, no very good. While driving conservatively, I slid through two separate intersections. Obviously this concerned me, so I figured that I would need to buy snow tires. No problem. Except, according to Toyota, there are no snow tires that fit this vehicle. That is a big problem here in Vermont.
So, I bought an AWD vehicle that I'm afraid to drive in the snow. This causes me to give this vehicle a thumbs down.
