I switched to AT&T earlier this year after experiencing many problems with my previous cell phone carrier. I needed a cell phone that would work not only where I was living at the time, but when I would travel across Minnesota. I chose AT&T because of the coverage area in Minnesota was much greater than my previous carrier. The other thing I was surprised about was dropped calls are automatically credited. I also like the fact that I can pay my cell phone bill on line via the website, where I couldn't with my previous cell phone carrier. The only thing I hate is that I am now on my third phone because of the phone I have has an antenna that is easily broken.
