Wanted a digital camera, looked online, great price, called to see if it had usa warranty, manuals and manufacturer included items ie battery, charger, lens cap. I was told yes, so I said lets do. He took all my information and then started with the add ons. I allready have a charger, and smart cards and did not nee any additional stuff. Once I refused any add ons I was put on hold and then told that the salesman had made a mistake, that this was not the US version, that I had to buy an upgrade to get that. What a total rip off!!!!!
