No one has written about this company lately, so thought I'd better. I have never, in my 5+ years with Sprint PCS, had a problem that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. I have had phones go bad and not have to pay for replacements. I have never paid an activation fee. I have always been treated well by customer service reps. I have encouraged others to get Sprint PCS and both of my (married) kids have it. The network continues to expand and I have used my phone all over the U.S., including Hawaii. Recently my extended family went to Orlando and kept in touch with Sprint. It was great!!
Recently their rates have increased and they have added 1-2 year contract requirements. I don't like it, but what can you do?
