Pros: As perfect as other sony notebooks
Cons: too expensive.
The Bottom Line: for heavy lady notebook users, great, for college students with rich parents, great. for others, pls consider buying some other models. sony does have something cheaper.

Great looking, cool features, everything is good so far. it's a gift to my girlfriend and i haven't heard anything bad about the laptop from her.
personally i think the screen is a little small, but in general, the appearance of it is the best (for girls). i would appreciate sony if they are going to lower the price alittle bit, it's expensive though, especially in such a recovery session in economics. another downside is that there are no floppy drive, i know it's weird with a compact notebook equiped with one, but i do think it's more usable if there is one.
the webcam is good, the quality is good. cd/rw + Dvd-rom combo drive is good. and i don't think people need to buy the more advanced models, namely TR2ap1 \ 3 becos the only differences are the operating system (tr2a is a winXP home but the other twos are winXP pro) and memory size (tr2a : 512MB, tr2ap1 : 512MB, tr2ap3 : 1024MB).
the centrino M 1GHz processor is excellent, it's even faster than my dell celeron 2.4 GHz desktop when preforming some routine tasks.

comes with 2 usb. that's good enough becos i only hv a usb zip drive and a usb printer.
software bundle is kind of too much for me. i feel they messing things up so i uninstalled something from the system the moment my gf asked me to (becos she doesn't know much about computers, so i m her official tech support).
to conclude, alittle too expensive, size is perfect for girls and\or ladies, but if u r a male expecting appearance, don't bother to buy it becos it makes u looks like girlish, buy a bigger notebook for ur masculine's sake.
my gf is so happy to receive it as a x'mas gift. so guys, watch out ur wallets~
