| malacoid's Full Review: Digital Innovations SkipDR Disc Repair Device 1010... |
I get CD's from the used CD store all the time, and as you may imagine, they're often scratched.
The process is simple, click the CD in place, spray it, turn it around clockwise, spray it, turn it around counterclockwise, dry it, and buff it.
Today I had an Alien Ant Farm CD that had 3 tracks which wouldn't copy on my computer. After running the disc through the process, none of the tracks had errors. It's a miracle.
But I've had burned CD's that were left in 256 Cd cases that bumped up against eachother, and wouldn't copy. These did not work with the Skip Dr.
Overall, if you listen to a lot of music CD's, it's worth it, but data doesn't do as well.
