I never even got my Dell DJ 20 because their reps were so clueless and never had consistent answers. I heard that their customer care sucked, but I disregarded that because this was the only place I could order the unit. First they give me the run around, then lie to me telling me that they'll expedite shipping, then they tell me my DEBIT CARD was not authorized (there was MORE than sufficient funds in there)...they tell me that it'll be shipped one day, the next rep said its in transit, the next day the rep said it was still in production, the other said it was not even processed yet. Oh my god. How stupid are they? I was so heated because the shipping time was important to me, and they kept messing with me. After a week of trying to deal with them...I canceled my order. I was so frustrated, disappointed and sad that I had to find an alternative this close to the holiday season...when I thought I was done shopping, Dell found a way to give me stress. I totally boycott Dell and would discourage anyone from buying from them either unless they absolutely have to.
