Misuse of credit information

Honestly, I ordered wallpaper several times from them and didn't really have any problems with the order itself. Products were shipped in a reasonable time and were as expected. The sample service is OK, I gather they actually ship from many different places so the samples often arrive at different times. This is not my main complaint. Somehow, I got signed up for something called Reservation Rewards, which was charging my credit card ($7 or $9, I forget exactly) for several months before I noticed. Reservation Rewards did cancel my 'membership' and refunded my money. They informed me I had been signed up through American Blind. I contacted American Blind, and they were pretty rude and basically told me it was my own fault and I had had to clearly accept the 'membership.' I don't recall the exact procedure, but I do a lot of online shopping and I am quite sure I did not intentionally sign up for this service. Looking around the internet, I found that I was not alone in this. What upset me most was American Blind's reaction. I felt they did not treat me, a repeat customer, with respect and that they had misused my credit card information.
