Ordered dvd burner and century cd storage system. Both were offered with rebates ($20 &$30). When the package arrived there was no invoice in the box. Called Tiger Direct customer service immediately. Was told to go online and request invoice, asked if the packing slip I had was acceptable-was told it was not. Went online and requested invoice. No invoice was sent. Repeated this process dozens of times, emailed Web Response 3 times. Called customer service. The only remedy they could come up with was emailing the invoice. I was told repeatedly that it had been emailed. Meantime, I got ads from them by email nearly every day. Responses from Web Response team by email-saying they had emailed my invoice-over and over but no invoice. Contacted my ISP to see if they blocked any type of attachment-they do not. Turned off my firewall. No invoice. The 14 days after purchase passed and I am stuck with no rebates. SCAM!!! Do not order if counting on the rebated price. The final insult was being told that they could not be held responsible for my not submitting the rebate on time-why did I wait so long to contact them!!!!!! Patoots looking for a horse that will have them! Good luck in that endeavor.
