What seemed like a good deal didn't work out well.

Initially my experience was great. Customer service was very helpful. I ordered mid-day Friday and the tires arrived mid-day Monday--one business day!
Costco mounted and balanced for $10 each. A local dealer I called wanted over $100 more for the same tires.
Write down the serial numbers before the tires are mounted so you can register them.
Update: After a couple of years my car developed some ride issues which I couldn't determine were due to the front end or the tires. I took it to my Dodge dealer--they said the front end was OK, the problem was with a tire. I went to two tire dealers; each pointed out a different tire as the problem. Tire Rack was willing to make an adjustment (maybe) if I returned the tires to them for inspection (a little difficult to go without tires). The local tire dealers, of course, wouldn't replace the bad tire(s) although one rotated them to see if that would help (it didn't). I finally gave up and had my Dodge dealer install four new tires. That solved the problem. Next time I'll think twice before buying from a dealer who can't provide local service.
