Frustrating experience.

Except for that the product was finally delivered, my purchase experience with Inoax was pretty unsatisfactory:
1) It took 19 days from I placed the order until they shipped, despite that the product purportedly was in stock when I submitted the order.
2) Except for the regulation telephone call (this was a gift item for my wife, and she, of course, found out that something was going on when someone called to inquire about the order I had secretly placed) to sell me (overpriced?) accessories that I had already considered and did not want, their communication was extremely poor - of some four or five e-mails I sent, only one was ever responded to.
3) I had to contact them to get the UPS tracking number - they did not volunteer it.
4) They charged my credit card nine days before item was shipped.
5) Packaging was skimpy - shipping box was barely larger than the product box.
Sorry guys, not good enough. Would not shop here again.
The only saving grace - the price was competitive.
