I have ordered from Ofoto a few times now. I am impressed with the quality of the prints. I like the ability to upload the pictures from the computer and store them (for free) on their website. Then you can email the link to your photo album to anyone you choose.
Ordering is very easy and delivery is quick. However, when there is a problem, customer service is not the most friendly. I placed an order 3 days before Christmas and paid for 2 day FedEx shipping. The item was not received before Christmas(FedEx's fault) and was delivered after Christmas. I called Ofoto for a credit for the shipping. The placed a credit in my Ofoto account but I wanted it towards my credit card. It took the not so friendly customer agent quite some time to figure it out.
Overall, they offer a great service but need to work on their customer relationship skills.
