Extremely bad experience. The worst customer service (actually no service at all) ever!

Misrepresentation of deals and service:
I placed one order Online so I have proof of what I have ordered. When I called to follow up, I found that they changed the terms of the delivery and order without notifying me. Even after hearing my objection, they wouldn't honor the order and terms that were clearly listed on their web site. I had to cancel the order.
Extremely lack of customer service:
I placed the order a week and half before Christmas over the phone. They promised to send email confirmation, but NOTHING was sent.
I called to get an update a week later. The salesperson that took the order that I was supposed to contact, yelled and cursed at me, and said I shouldn't be contacting him. The sales department transferred me 5 times without once asking for the reason for my call. When I talked to the customer service personnel, they said the order wasn't placed correctly so it didn't go through, and I had to talk to the sales department.
I was then transferred back to the sales department. First one of the sale managers claimed the credit card didn't go through, but when I told them my credit card company informed me that the card did go through, they transferred me to another manager, who told me that the reason was because the item was out of stock. When I mentioned about the cursing and rude behavior of the salesperson and asked to speak to customer service complaints department, the sales personnel actually transferred me to another extension in the department and pretended to be the customer service rep.
Later I found out that the rude salesperson actually cancelled my order without my consent. Well maybe that's one thing he's accidentally done right so far.
