Pros: Clear, consistent digital service. Excellent price.
Cons: Digital service doesn't work in remote locations.
The Bottom Line: Hey, I'm happy. (And it beat's my ex-husband's analog service, which always sounds like tin with lots of background chatter, and which cuts off near hills and bridges.)

| Quint41's Full Review: T-Mobile Phone Service in Hartford |
Not that I use my cell phone exclusively, or get involved in all the little features, because I don't. I'm your basic cell phone users. It's usually in the glove box, and I use it to call home, check on the kids, call ahead for Chinese food, and the like. I signed on about 18 months ago with the least expensive service, which gives me 60 minutes of free air time for $19.95 a month. Only once have I gone over the 60 minutes, so my bills are never more than $22 (tax included). I have always connected immediately, and never lost a connection. No matter where I've called from, it has only failed me once -- on a dirt road up in Vermont when I was trying to find a friend's cabin. Digital doesn't work in the woods where there are no towers.
For my needs, I've been quite satisfied.
