My disappointment Xmas day/delight By Monday

Pros: Fast printing and Great customer service

Cons: print on plain paper not as clear as photo paper

Cannon is great!! When I got a defective printer I thought it was going to be like pulling teeth to get it fixed/repaired or replaced... I called Cannon the Day after Christmas they determined it was defective, and sent me a brand new printer via 2day ups, they also sent a return UPS label for me to ship the old one back. The guy I was on the phone with said we are sorry no less than 10 times, What great Customer service!! I would highly recommend working with Cannon again!! Now that we have a working printer we are delighted with the pictures it prints!!!
