| sovgrace79's Full Review: Nextel Mobile Phone Service in Hartford |
I used Wireless Number Portability to move my phone service from T-Mobile to NEXTEL. After buying a Blackberry from T-Mobile that was free, I soon realized that they didn't have good coverage at my house. I started a computer consulting company, and needed a reliable phone, especially after business hours, which is when I was planning on taking and making calls.
So I tried NEXTEL, and their coverage at my house is probably better than most other carriers in my area. I live in an area that isn't covered by many carriers too well.
I like the free incoming plan , as it allows me to give out my business # and have people call me without racking up extra cellular charges. I also think the blackberry service is great.
I think Direct Connect is a nice feature, but until I add employees, I really don't have anyone to connect to.
I have traveled over the Hartford area of Connecticut, including East Windsor, Enfield, South Windsor, Hartford, East Hartford, Windsor Locks, and everywhere I've been there is pretty good coverage. I've had no problems with the service. I would recommend it, even though the only thing that is bad is the prices are higher. However, if you get alot of incoming calls and use a free incoming plan, it may work out to be cheaper in the long run.
