Good review, although I have heard it all before from ex-gateway users.
You would think when you buy a PC you would get the software. Heck even Microsoft gives away its OS free with the purchase of a new system. Gateway on the other hand probably charges extra to include a windows CD with your PC. The recovery discs are useless when it comes to installing new drivers or missing files.
