I purchased Philips Key005 MP3 Player from this store and I had no problem with this store. The order came to my house within 7 days of the purchase. The package of the player is really small but they used bigger box with buncha plastics that are filled with air to make sure the player don't bounce around in the box. And in the box there is a sticker warning that don't throw away the manuals and the package materials in case if you want to return the item.
They even emailed me back within a day about my questions.
