| CAL6710's Full Review: AT&T Mobile Phone Service in San Francisco/San Jos... |
ATT Wireless provides great rates and okay customer service. I have a family plan and we received m-mode for free for a month and the other feature which allows the customer to call in and they would come to the rescue for three months. After the first month, we decided to keep m-mode on one phone and cancel on all others. So I called into the customer service to cancel all other features. So I kept that one line and the next month, some phones had the features still attached. So I called back in. I had to call back at the end of every month for about 6 months until they got it right. So frustrating. The service is so damn spotty that it will just get you so mad you off. In the mall, the main "hallways" of the mall, I have 4/5 bars of service, then i walk into a store and i get only 1/5 bars of service. It makes you so damn mad me off. Then outside of my home, I receive four out of five bars of service, and in my bedroom, i receive one to none. It is so bad. There is a lot of static in one bar areas if you don't point it the right way. Their coverage reaches many areas but in inside places is where they lose it. In one building, outside i have 5 bars of service (full) and internet. Then I walk inside, I lost all service. It makes no sense. The signal gets blocked so easy it so damn frustrating. They offer many great phones with great features but what is the use if they don't even work as good as they were intended on?
