I recently ordered 29 items on the Jo-Ann website, many on sale, several at full price, aiming to make the most of the high shipping costs by ordering a large amount. I received two emails this morning, the first telling me that none of the fabric I had ordered was in stock and they had cancelled those items and the second telling me that the remaining items on my order were also not in stock and had been cancelled. This took them nearly a week to inform me, and when I checked the website you can STILL buy those items online. I used the website because I wanted to order a large amount of fabric and didn't want to have to hold up a lot of shoppers at the store getting 2 yards of this and 3 yards of that and 4 yards of these two, etc. Now I guess I'm going to have to do that, but I think I'll be going to a different fabric store...

I made an online order for 5 items on Dec 6th, after the order was not filled for TWO WEEKS on the 20th they informed me ALL of the items I ordered were out of stock! What a Christmas present huh. I could not believe the inept service I received, the web site looks nice and is easy to navigate, but beware of actually trying to order anything and feel that you will receive it. I feel complelled to share this frustrating situation. "Customer service" offered nothing but we are sorry for waiting two weeks thinking you will get your selected items.
