I'm cutting and pasting from previous complaints, but my experience is similar. After reading a lot of negative feedback from different people i still decided to give it a shot as it was the lowest and cheapest price found for Minolta A1 on www.Infinitycameras.com...Got a email right away with the order details....Go an email to call them regarding order.....Oh well i was quite aware and prepared for what was coming....Guy mentioned it came with no warranty (it is an import) would i like to buy a 1, 2, or 3 year warranty. The guy started telling me stories like the battery that comes with the camcorder only lasts for 20 minutes and this and that...i simply said cannot afford it all i need is the camcorder..The guy put me on hold and came back with an excuse that camcorder is out of stock...BOTTOMLINE.....Since the price they offer is quite low these people want to make money off of accessories and stuff by selling them to the customer quite high in price as i understood.....If one does not want accessories then these people have an excuse "Out of Stock"...This is the same story found in a number of negative feedbacks already given from different people..So its just a waste of time dealing with these people...do not look at the price...if one does not have all the details about the product he/she is ordering then these customer reps. can take advantage of that by telling lies and forcing one to buy other stuff as well....Why is that dont know maybe customer reps have too much pressure to do that....Anyway Please do not waste your time..be wise and buy from somewhere else... Thanx.
