I canceled my order after getting the run around and no reply to emails.
Dec. 19th: found a BIC America dv-clrs at sound distributors for a price I liked, called after hours, gentleman said to order online and would be processed on Monday the 22nd.
I did that. Included information that I had bid on ebay through Sound Distributors for same price they were selling on their website. I also said in email that I do not want seconds, scratch and dent, or b stock
Dec. 22nd: CC# was billed for ordered item. Realizing its the holiday rush for ups and ordering right before xmas, I am patient, website says 7-10 days for delivery.
Dec. 29th: emailed Sound Distributors for my tracking number.
Dec. 31st: No email response. Called the 800 number on website, its disconnected. Called the local number and spoke with a gentleman who said they were out of stock and that some orders were being drop shipped from Bic America. Fumbled around for my tracking number, had it, said UPS was down and could not see where it was and to call back on Monday the 5th to track it. Since computer technology is relatively good these days, I was on the UPS website as he gave me the tracking number. It says *UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.
**Side Note_ Amazon had this speaker at much less than I had paid with free shipping during the time this started, This is where I start getting red eared. Why dont you email tracking numbers as product is shipped. Why dont you answer emails, Why doesnt your 800 number work, Why the f**k am I doing business with you??!!
***As per a reply by Eric to a customers problem on the Excelsis website dated 3/1/2002: We do not charge credit cards on regular orders until the unit ships. I have no idea who this customer is. But if an order was placed for an item and it is NOT in stock, we call and let every customer know this. We try and give an estimated ship date. As soon as the product comes in we then charge the card and ship the item UPS. Read all the comments listed here and you can see how we complete and ship orders.

January 5, 2004: Checked UPS website, status the same.
January 6, 2004: Called to get status of order, told to call between 1-5 Pacific time and talk to someone in warehouse, or better yet email them. Told him what I ordered and said six orders were waiting for delivery from manufacturer and should arrive next week sometime. Told him he already charged my CC#, He says they were crediting peoples Card numbers and would reprocess the order when the speaker came in. Told him to cancel the order. As of 7 hours later my CC# has not been credited. Called CC Company.
This company gives E-commerce a bad name.
