Best Buy has WORST Customer Service on Earth!!

I shop at both Best Buy and its online store (Bestbuy.com) before settling on a emachines notebook. The process and selection were good and the price was great when you account for the rebates. My problem came when I tried to exchange my new notebook--which had a bent pin in the card slot--for another of the same model. After reviewing the note book for nearly an hour, they told me to exchange it. When I went to the customer service counter, they told me I had to put it on my credit card. Since it was a gift I refused. I went home and called their toll free customer service who told me the store was wrong, that I could return it to the store. I took it back to the store the next day, and they gave me the SAME RUNAROUND!! Finally, the service department told me that they would send it off for repairs.
BEWARE of Best Buy!! They are horrible on customer service.
