Well, how do I begin?

Initially I was a bit hesitant to order from the internet simply because I was afraid to give out my credit card number on the webpage. However, I called the company directly and they informed me that the page was "secure," supposedly protecting all your information. I decided to place the order and boy was I glad I did! I received a tracking number 3 hours later and they even shipped out the Palm the SAME DAY that I ordered it! If that's not customer service I don't know what is.

When the product arrived, everything was neatly packaged including invoice on the top. The Palm M515 has GOT to be one of the best bargains in terms of color PDAs. The games are fun, you can keep track of your schedule and contacts, charging and hotsyncing is made easy! Albeit the model may not be cutting edge anymore, how can you complain with such a low price?? All in all, my shopping experience was a 10 out of 10!
