I ordered my jacket right at Christmas, which I am sure was a hectic time for the company. I was staying with relatives over the holidays and unfortunately gave the wrong street address for the jacket to be shipped to. This was clearly my fault, but unfortunately Fox Creek did not supply me with the UPS tracking number and they were closed the day after Christmas when I was trying to track the jacket down. When they reopened after the holiday, however, the people were extremely helpful and I was able to get my jacket, just a few days later than I had hoped. Mostly my fault. I just would have liked having the tracking number from the beginning.
The jacket itself (vented racing jacket) fit perfectly and is of outstanding quality. Everyone thinks the jacket cost at least $500. I looked at every Harley jacket in several dealerships and the Fox Creek jacket is as good of quality as the $500 and up Harley jackets. You are just missing the Harley logo and the made in China label inside.
I have also purchased deerskin gloves from them that were also fantastic. I will definitely buy from Fox Creek again.
