The Power Acoustik LT-960/4 is truly a subwoofer amp. I have it pushing an Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 DVQ (dual voice coil)The subwoofer is 500 watts RMS. It has plenty of power to push it mono. The subwoofer is 2 ohm stable and so is the amp. So it has no problem pushing it. The amp runs cool and never clips. You should definitely invest in a capacitor though. All I have to say is that I paid $99 for a amp worth $500.
