Worst ever: they take your $$, then don't send products. impossible to reach

First, let me say I thought I was alone and crazy. But now I know I am not. DO NOT SHOP AT HOMECLICK.COM . I ordered a sugar/creamer set from them in Late OCTOBER 2003 for a XMAS gift, thinking I was in the clear. I received no confirmation emails. In December, I realized I had overlooked them for over a month, and had not received the items, and XMAS is here. They do not answer their phones. The telephone person Impossible to communicate with as she seemed barely 8th grade level. She could not find my order and gave up. Once she found it, she could not tell me why it had not shipped, or when it would. I emailed them several times prior to this over 2 weeks, no reply from them AT ALL. I requested a refund, she said she would credit me. She never did. My items came a month later (3 months total) and I never heard from them again---credit, no credit, your items have shipped--nothing. I reported them to Better Business, but BBB doesn't care and hasn't replied. This was the most stressful, horrifying, shopping experience I have had online. I felt helpless the entire time--knowing they had my money. Please continue to report them to BBB on the BBB website, and maybe they will get shut down.
