I ordered flowers at 10am on Sunday Feb. 10th. My step-daughter had just delivered my Grandson. I had to work that morning, and couldn't get to the hospital to be with the rest of my family. So, while I stayed in phone contact with them, I took a few minutes to surf for a Florist while on-line. I used another website as my portal, and they provided me with several options. I chose 1-800-flowers mainly because their site provided a written gaurentee that my flowers would be delivered that day as long as the order was placed prior to noon. Their site also offered me the most choices for flower arrangements. I completed my transaction on-line. I made a copy of my on-line reciept. I arrived at the hospital around 4pm that day. The flowers I ordered had arrived around 1pm. They were fresh, and beautiful. They even had the card right!
