The certifications you mention are worthless - they are officially not intended to imply merit.

The only certification worth mentioning is the CADR rate.

AHAM’s Directory, lists clean air delivery rates for over 225 purifiers: http://www.cadr.org/consumer/directory.pdf.

The EPA and the FTC have reviewed the testing process. The AHAM spec is accepted by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

By the standard, the Ionic Breeze is about as effective as a tabletop in collecting dust.
