Hey there~

Thanks for the email that you sent regarding your review. While you have a good start here there are many questions that the consumer may have related to the Amazon site. Your personal experience is good information, but more details could be included about the actual online store. The bulk of your review is about how you can't sign in to your account. While that is helpful to a consumer there are things that can be discussed in the review.

I always try to write my reviews like I'm talking to someone who doesn't know one thing about the site or product that I am reviewing. The more detail you give the better, except in the case of books or movies where you don't want to reveal everything.

As a consumer I'm wondering what Amazon charges for selling at their site. I sell through Ebay now and being about to compare the differences in fees would be helpful to me. What forms of payment do they accept to pay your seller fees? Is it billed monthly?

Since you've made purchases before at Amazon you could include information about that. Were the purchases easy to make? How long did it take to get your items? Were you pleased with the service that you got? How much were you charged for shipping? Does Amazon have a set rate to charge on shipping or does the seller get to make up their own price? When buying from an Amazon auction what forms of payment is accepted?

Also, I would work on the formatting a bit. The way it is now it's a little hard to read. It would be better in full paragraphs. Right now it reads choppy.

You have a good start. Hopefully some of these ideas will help you some. Don't get discouraged! When I first starting writing here I was horrible. From practice and others guiding me I have improved. The biggest thing about a review is making it complete.

I had no problems with Amazon and I sold a large number of books through the marketplace. You should try to call them again as this seems way to much to do just to get to your account.
