Pros: Display screen, copy, fax, scanner, printer, color of system, easy to understand menu.
Cons: Expensive ink cartridges, no 4x6 photo tray, paper jams.
The Bottom Line: You get to have all of the techology that's out there right now in one product.

I have to tell you I had major problems with this printer to begin with. I had received this printer as a Christmas gift and couldn't wait to get rid of my current printer and scanner that had failed. I set it up the next day and to my surprise everything had gone wrong with it. It couldn't find specific files such as USB print and USB Scan. I called Hewlett Packard only to find out that these people are not very well educated and kept putting me on hold to find out more information. Well to make a long story short I called Dell so many times that I actually had a case number. I even had a friend who was a computer technician look at my computer and not find anything wrong with it. I then convinced Hewlett Packard to send me the 10 dollar cd for free. It was the least they could do after troubling me and my time. Finally I had to call my computer manufactor after not sucessfully installing my printer and realized I actually had a corrupt hard drive. I had to reinstall everything. As soon as that was done I installed the printer in a matter of two minutes. It's great to have everything there, the copy feature is fast and the display is great. I havent' printed any pictures yet but I hope to soon when I get a new digital camera. I now have a lot more room on my desk. This all in one actually came with a USB cable.
