Messed up order 2x (so far)--Horrible customer service!

Placed my order on 12/2, received it on 12/18 (this was after I tracked it on their idiotic order tracking service, which said they were expected to ship on 12/19, which prompted me to call customer service since the pleated shades I ordered were supposed to ship in 3-5 days, and be told that it was because of backordered fabric, but mind you, he told me this without asking for my order number!) So, when I received them, I had ordered 1 blind with privacy liner, 2 with blackout liner & 5 with no liner. The only one to come with a liner was the 1 privacy, the 2 that were supposed to have blackout liner came with no liner(and yes, I double checked my order confirmation email and I ordered them with the BO liner). So I called customer service on 12/22 and the woman I spoke with told me she would put that order in with a rush on it. On 12/26 I receive a phone call from them wanting to confirm which 2 blinds came without the blackout liner. Hello, I already confirmed that 4 days ago, and anyway, I only ordered 2 with the blackout liner! So, I finally get them on 1/14 (some rush!) and the things had the privacy liner, not the blackout liner! After I confirmed the error twice, and not like they don't have my original order to refer back to! So, I called as soon as their customer service opened on the morning of 1/15 and was told they would check with the manufacturer and send me an email. Well, nothing came within 24 hours so I sent an angry email on 1/16 asking for a response within 24 hrs and guess what? It is now 1/23 and no phone call, no email. I will never order from them again--in fact, I ordered 6 woven wood blinds from another retailer on 1/2 and already have them hanging--was going to order them from blinds galore because they had the lowest price, but I've learned that that doesn't mean everything.
