The other reviews pretty much say all there is to say about this case. Here are some of my personal comments:
- AMD Athlon XP 1800+ w/ Thermaltake Aquarius II water cooling with radiator fan speed stepped down
- fanless GeForce3 video card
- Maxtor 120 GB 7200 ultra-quiet hard drive
NOISE:
This case is not "totally silent" as in absolutely no noise at all...of course, I doubt such a case even exists (at least one that is affordable). However, it is extremely quiet...but how quiet you might ask?
- I can hear the faint buzz from my 19" CRT monitor when the computer is turned on;
- it's much quieter than my home's central air conditioner...and it's a quiet system, too;
- I can't hear the case when I'm listening to music or radio over the internet;
- otherwise, there is a very faint fan noise from the power supply which is louder than the 120mm ventilation fan.
QUALITY:
- nice rolled edges;
- one very small corner of the side panel was slightly bent but it's on the back side...can't see it;
- side mounted HDD bays are well-built and convenient;
- blue led "headlights" add a nice touch.
I was able to install the Aquarius II radiator inside the case beneath two hard drives; it also serves as my "intake" fan.
