I ordered a keyboard and stand from Sweeetwater.com. I got a phone call the next day (early - my order was placed the night before) to let me know the stand was back-ordered and they wanted to know if I wanted to wait. I didn't - so I got the keyboard in about 3 business days and it didn't work right. So, I emailed them the next day and I got a phone call in 5 minutes about it! I was connected to technical support and he patiently helped me to decide if there was something wrong with it (there was). So, he sent a new one 2 day FedEx and sent a return label for me to ship the old one back! I was very impressed with everything - plus I love the keyboard! Oh, it was free shipping (both times) and they were the cheapest on the web for the keyboard I wanted. They really went out of their way to give me excellent service!
