I did receive an order confirmation, but then heard nothing more. Only when I inquired about my missing lamp, just over a week later was I told that the product had already been delivered! I am still communicatig with Best Vacuum, they have told me that they will send a replacement. I have asked for the shipping tracking ID, but so far have had no reply. I do hope I receive this lamp.
