I have been contacted by one of their representatives with an offer to resolve the issue and settled for a partial refund of the shipping costs. I'm reasonably satisfied with the result, although not all of my S&H was covered (I still lost money.) I appreciated the effort to compensate me however. I can't fault the delivery time and packaging -as long as you know exactly what you'll be getting there shouldn't be a problem.

DO NOT order from this outfit!! You're setting yourself up for a major hassle and likely financial loss... I ordered a Sony TV from these people two months ago and received a different model set. I then promptly contacted them to inquire about return options assuming they would cover the resultant freight costs, only to find out they wanted me to have the set shipped back to them at my own cost and wouldn't even rebate the original S&H! The rep I spoke to tried to convince me to keep the set, which I refused. He then stated he didn't have time to deal with me because of merchandise they had to ship that day, and hung up when I began to protest. The whole ordeal cost me a little over $300: around $200 for the return trip plus the original $100 shipping charge!! Needless to say I am MAD! The best deal they had to offer was cancellation of the measly $15 restocking fee on returned merchandise... Very high-minded of them. Hopefully I'll save somebody some heartache by posting this review. With shipping costs factored in their prices match BestBuy and Circuit City, but without the associated convenience of a no questions asked return policy and the benefit of seeing what you're buying first-hand. Stick to a brand-name chain, most of them are also pretty good at matching a lower price if you show them you can get your item cheaper elsewhere. I'm sorry to have learned that ex post facto. Deal with these people at your own risk.
