We booked a private cottage here and when we showed up were told we were in a house with 4 other bedrooms and shared batch and kitchen. Even though our receipt said cottage they refused us a cottage unless we paid $100 a night extra. We didn't want to stay in a shared house and they have refused to refund our deposit. In all our visits to Hawaii these were the rudest people we have ever met !
